- How are Monthly Unique Users counted?
- Monthly Unique Users (MUUs) represent the number of distinct users who engage with your AI in a given month. Even if the same user interacts multiple times, they are only counted once. MUUs are tracked per workspace. If your workspace includes multiple apps, your monthly MUU total equals the combined unique users across all apps.
- How is the event schema defined and managed?
- An event schema outlines the structure of events—defining event names, properties, data types, and constraints to ensure consistency in tracking and analysis. Traditionally, developers and product managers must manually create and maintain this schema. With Mindlytics, a proprietary AI engine automatically generates event definitions for human–AI interactions, eliminating manual setup. You still have full control to extend and customize these defaults with your own events.
- How is overage calculated under the Growth plan?
- The Growth plan includes up to 200K MUUs and 250K unique conversations per month. Once usage approaches these limits, Mindlytics notifies you via email. If usage exceeds the plan’s allowances, you’ll be invoiced at a prorated overage rate based on the extra MUUs or conversations.
- What are Custom Integrations, and who qualifies?
- Custom integrations are specialized connectors built exclusively for Enterprise-tier customers. These integrations allow Mindlytics to connect directly with your internal systems—for example, sending events to your CRM or executing custom-triggered actions.
- What platforms does Mindlytics support?
- Mindlytics client SDKs and libraries are available across all major AI app development platforms. If you need support for a new or niche platform, just ask—we’re happy to assist. Additionally, Mindlytics offers a RESTful API that can be integrated into any technology stack.
